We all have a wealth of human resources stored away in our DNA to help us to grow, it has taken all of this from ‘her’  to get me to here:

Tenacity-holding fast to her faith and truth, which is characterised by keeping a firm hold on her inner belief, tenacious in what she remembered. Holding together cohesive all of her memories and not easily pulled asunder, she has had to be tough.

Now however, her painful past “life” has been integrated into the life of the adult-self, and because of this, we are both set free from the horror we survived, now whole and complete to live in our authenticity.  

it takes inner courage to change the course of our adult lives and  listen to the little voice from within. The journey is worth taking and there is life after death of our old life.
